130-61025 (CD385) Biofilm reduction system for commercial Ice Machines. Wall mount, self contianed ozone ice treatment, allowing ozone to dissolve in the water, treating the water as well as off gassing into the food zone.
4 Ozone intenisty setting levels for different size ice machines.
Ozone Output: 250mg/hr at 4SCFH
Corona Discharge Ozone Cell lasts from 1 to 3 years depending on what mode the system is in (9,000 hour run time).
Universal application to all cube ice machine brands
Oxidice/Sanit-ICE, is a Corona Discharge Ice Purification System for thesafest, purest ice possible. Designed to treat the ice machine’s incoming water supply, internal compartments, and storage bin. Oxidice creates an environment that reduces the growth of bacteria, molds, yeast and other contaminants by disinfecting the air, water, and surfaces within the machine. It also improves the taste and eliminates odor in iced drinks. Oxidice is easy to install and adapts to virtually any sized ice machine. Regular maintenance and cleaning are reduced while providing a natural sanitizer within your ice maker.
This System is an environmentally friendly device allowing you to infuse dissolved ozone into an ice maker water reservoir. Using only a small amount of electricity, the Oxidice/Sanit-ICE® System takes oxygen from the air and converts it into ozone (O3), a very powerful natural oxidizer, and then bubbles that ozone into the water sump inside the icemachine. Since ozone is created using only oxygen and electricity, any unused ozone quickly breaks down to oxygen, leaving no harsh chemical residue and discharging no harsh chemicals into the water. No chemicals mean the taste of the water and subsequent ice produced is not negatively impacted. This unit will adapt to any size ice machine via a simple ozone delivery line into the water reservoir. The unit delivers ozone through a single hole in the ice machine to a diffusor in the sump. As the ozone passes through the diffusor it becomes small bubbles. The small bubbles allow some of the ozone to become dissolved in the water, providing a sanitizer in the water. Any ozone that doesn’t dissolve will mix with the air inside the ice machine sanitizing all the remaining internal surfaces.
